Questions before you try it
Is there a limit on how many demos I can export?
No. Every paid plan and the free trial include unlimited HTML exports. Each demo exports as its own self-contained HTML file.
Every paid plan also includes unlimited cloud publishing. The trial includes one published demo.
Does it work on Mac?
The editor requires Windows today. Mac support is in progress.
Viewers can open finished demos in any browser without installing Demo Maker Pro.
Will it capture my application?
Use the trial to test the workflows you plan to share. Browser capture records web apps as HTML in Chrome or Edge. Windows desktop capture records applications as screenshot steps.
If a screen does not capture correctly, contact support@demomakerpro.com so we can investigate.
Do I have to upload my captured content?
No. You can capture, edit and export locally. Uploading a demo to Demo Maker Pro hosting is optional.
Does it include AI voiceovers, automatic translation or CRM integrations?
Demo Maker Pro does not currently include AI voiceovers, automatic translation, buyer analytics, CRM integrations or sandbox demos.
What happens if I cancel?
Your exported HTML demos keep working.
Demos on Demo Maker Pro hosting stop being served when your subscription ends, so export any demos you want to keep beforehand.
What support is included?
Publish customers receive email replies within two business days. Team customers receive priority replies within one business day.
When needed, we can arrange a video call.
