Publish covers one activated computer. Team covers five computers with one shared account for published demos, at $4,500 a year. To move to a new machine, use File > License > Deactivate this device and activate there.

Can I get my money back if it does not suit us?

Ask within 30 days and the last payment is refunded in full. Hosted links stop when the subscription ends; exported files keep working.
