Demo Maker Pro combines browser and Windows desktop captures in one interactive demo and exports each demo as one self-contained HTML file that organizations can host on their own networks.
In short. Demo Maker Pro, developed by qwerty2 LLC, is interactive demo software for software training and product demonstrations that exports each demo as one self-contained HTML file on every plan. Organizations can host that file on their own website, intranet, web server or learning management system. It captures web apps as real HTML in Chrome or Edge and Windows programs as screenshots of the application window, in one walkthrough. Plans start at $149 a month or $1,490 a year.
Demo Maker Pro is built for the people who have to show someone else how a system works: trainers onboarding new hires, IT teams documenting procedures, and sales teams showing a product. Each step highlights where to click, and a tooltip explains what to do. Finished demos open in any browser, and viewers need no account, license or install.
Many real workflows cross more than one application. A task can start in a web console and finish in a Windows program. Demo Maker Pro puts browser steps and desktop steps in one step list, in the order they were captured, so the viewer follows the whole job in one demo instead of two.
Navattic is a well known interactive demo platform, and it has a desktop app of its own for capturing screenshots of Windows and macOS applications. The main differences are what you can export, where the finished demo can live, and price.

Because the export is one HTML file, an organization can keep finished demos on its own internal network instead of a vendor's cloud. That can suit training teams and IT departments, including teams in government, defense and military organizations, subject to each organization's own approval requirements.
Finished demos need no internet connection. The Windows editor is different: it needs internet access to activate its license and to check in at least every three days. Demo Maker Pro has no government certifications, FedRAMP authorization or approval to operate on military networks. For what the application sends and where, see the IT and security guide.
Technical trainers, schools and universities who need interactive HTML demos for software training simulations, systems training and cloud console training, on production systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce or the AWS, Azure and Google Cloud consoles, without giving every learner a sandbox account. See Demo Maker Pro for trainers.
Internal teams documenting procedures, or replacing outdated PowerPoint, Word or video SOPs with interactive demos recorded from the real application, including procedures that cross a web app and a Windows program. See Demo Maker Pro for internal teams.
Sales teams who want a clickable product tour they can send as a link or embed on a page. See Demo Maker Pro for sales.
You can click through real demos made with it on the examples page, including a ServiceNow incident walkthrough and a Salesforce new lead walkthrough.
